Assume It (the "App") is developed and operated by Artifex Innovations LLC. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data We Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers. Scenes, voice recordings, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device.

Microphone Access
The App requests access to your microphone only so you can record your own voice reading a scene. Recordings stay on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third party.

Notifications
The App may request permission to send local notifications if you choose to set a reminder for a scene. This permission is only requested when you enable a reminder. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Purchases
In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect, see, or store your payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple.

iCloud
Voice recordings may be backed up through iCloud if you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device. This is governed by Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy.

Analytics and Tracking
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking tools.

Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
