These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Assume It (the "App"), developed by Artifex Innovations LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App
Assume It is a personal visualization and mental rehearsal tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App.

In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Assume It Premium") that unlocks additional features. All purchases are final and processed through Apple's App Store. You may restore a previous purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy.

No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
Assume It is a personal wellness and mindset tool, not a medical device or therapy service. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified professional.

User Content
You retain full ownership of any scenes, text, or voice recordings you create in the App. All content is stored locally on your device. We never access, view, or transmit your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artifex Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
